Recycling and Disposal Solutions-Virginia (RDS-Virginia) was formed in 2003 to provide a one-stop recycling and disposal service company for the Hampton Roads region. Unlike many other companies, RDS strives to design and implement services for their customers from the inside out, using all of the RDS staff experience, to provide cost effective recycling and disposal for their customers. The result of this corporate strategy is to minimize waste, increase recycling and maximize cost effectiveness for the customer.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in the recycling industry, Joe Benedetto III and his wife Corinne have developed a strategy for RDS-Virginia that sets this company apart from others in the region.
Knowledge of the recycling industry, with domestic and international marketing connections, allows RDS-Virginia to take full advantage of the shipping and transportation capabilities of the Hampton Road and Roanoke Valley regions.
RDS has extensive knowledge of the paper recycling industry and focuses not only on the primary recyclable materials, but strives to recycle the more difficult items that are found in the commercial and industrial waste streams.
